Ideas for presenting the Earth Science scope and sequence
Hi, I've been tidying up the Earth Science Web pages and decided to experiment with an alternate presentation. Our present layout is multi-layered. The first layer is the scope and sequence. Below that lies a level where each topic is expanded and activities/resources are listed. The third level contains the details on the activities and resources. This is somewhat cumbersome. BTW, you can find our draft at http://www.seismo.berkeley.edu/seismo/istat/9th I decided to try an alternate approach for a subsection of the scope. Focusing on the section we called "Introduction to the Earth", I've put it in a more narrative form. Let me know what you think. http://www.seismo.berkeley.edu/seismo/istat/9th/intro_earth.html I haven't finished this, of course, but I was interested in feedback. Is this layout a better model? Lind
