September 22, 2001: another day

I got a lot of sleep last night. When I woke up this morning, I decided that I needed to do some more thinking about September 11, to finally pull myself together -- in some way that I still don't know that well yet. One of the many articles that I read got me thinking a lot: No place for the godless in prayer offensive (SF Chronicle, Sat Sept 22, 2001, A13). I've been thinking about how the Christian groups that I belong to have or haven't been excluding non-religious folks at this time and how we can be more inclusive at the appropriate time.
