Recombo: Any need to build our own tool? #

From the Recombo website:

Recombo Constructor™

Recombo Constructor

Constructor enables its users to quickly create Learning Objects from existing training materials, as well as to create new Learning Objects. Constructor automates the process of creating Learning Objects from existing authoring applications, managing them during their lifecycle, and customizing them for specific configurations and versions. Constructor ensures that instructional designers and technical documentation staff can work together to better describe and sequence Learning Objects. As a result, users get the Learning Object they need, when they need it, to perform a specific task or make a decision.

Any need for us to build our own tool for constructing learning objects?
