I received email from Brad McPhee, VP of Operations at Recombo, with more details on what Recombo Constructor does.  With his permission, I posted it on my blog (in response to David Carter-Tod's question).  The products sounds quite intriguing.  I wrote back telling him our interest in being able repurpose digital objects from the libraries into learning objects.
