It's been a busy two days and I've not had much time and energy to blog. But let me make a few quick notes in anticipation of having some precious quiet time in my office to write tomorrow.

Chris Ashley has started a new weblog, At Work in which he has already pointed to a number of things I was hoping to link to. He noted today's trip to Stanford and yesterday's conversations with the CDL and colleagues from UCLA. Lots of great stuff were discussed -- and I hope to help surface some of those issues in the days to come.
Steve Toub of the CDL directed my attention today to Dan Chudnov's Library Groupware for Bibliographic Lifecycle Management. Thoughtful piece as Steve noted. I read most of it and have some things to say in response....
I'm very glad that my post on CVs and XML solicited a thoughtful response from Bruce D'Arcus and a pointer from Michelle Lamberson. It's such responses that give me so much faith in the blogging community and process.
Thanks, Lloyd, for the shoutout -- I want to say more but all I can say right now is thanks for being so good about calling us back to the community.
